It does not cost to tour our apartments. We offer in-person, self-guided, and virtual tours.

We recommend making an appointment so you don't have to wait but we do take walk-ins as well!

The management team is onsite so you can access them easily.

Applications are processed in 48-72 hours.

When you apply for an apartment you will pay an application fee for anyone over 18 as well as a non-refundable holding fee of $150.

Yes, you are required to purchase renters insurance.

There are no utilities included in your rent, you will pay the water/trash/sewer bill from Conservice with your rent via the resident portal. Your electricity will be paid by you to SRP.

You will need to call SRP prior to your move-in to schedule service. Please provide your account number to the office upon moving in.

Yes, if you refer a friend and they lease with us you get a $500 rent credit. Contact the leasing office for details and restrictions.

Guests are welcome for up to two weeks, all guests need to be accompanied by a lease holder when utilizing the amenity space.

We do not allow subletting of the apartment.

There is a 60-day notice requirement as well as one month's rent for the buyout fee and you will be required to pay back any applicable concessions.


We have several ammenities in and outside the apartment units; inclusing a fitness room, a pool and a clubhouse. Check out our ammenities page to see the full list!

The pool area is available daily from 8 am - 10 pm.

Covered parking is assigned, one to each home. Uncovered parking is first come first serve.

Each unit comes with a washer and dryer.

We love pets! Check out our pet policy for more information regarding pet limits, restrictions, and fees.

There is a deposit of $250, a non-refundable fee of $250, as well as a $35 per pet rent.

There are no weight restrictions however we do have breed restrictions: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Pit Bull (American, Staffordshire, Terrier) Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Wolf Hybrid.

We do not have a pet park but we do have pet relief areas in our community.

Washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave are all standard appliances in the units.

We do not currently offer furnished homes.

We offer 6-12 month leases, anything shorter than 12 months may have a premium.

For your convenience, you have 24-hour access to your packages through our parcel pending locker system.

Matrix cardio, strength, and functional fitness equipment

We ask that every resident keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 pm through 8 am.

Yes, we have on-site maintenance and 24/7 emergency maintenance.

If you have an issue with an item in your unit please submit a maintenance request through your residential portal.

Maintenance requests are completed in order of priority; emergencies first, but we strive to complete them all within 24-48 hours.

You do not have to be present for a work order to be completed, simply select "permission to enter" when submitting your request.

We want you to personalize your home to your liking and will not charge for holes in the wall up to a size of a quarter.
